The first lab is designed to test your troubleshooting skills with security problems. You will troubleshoot and repair a computer with a security problem that is preventing it from connecting to the wireless network.
The second lab is designed to reinforce your communication and troubleshooting skills. In this lab, you will perform the following steps:
Step 1. Receive the work order.
Step 2. Talk the customer through various steps to try and resolve the problem.
Step 3. Document the problem and the resolution.
The third, fourth, and fifth labs are designed to test your troubleshooting skills with security problems. You will troubleshoot and repair a network that has more than one security problem.
