Now that you understand the troubleshooting process, it is time to apply your listening and diagnostic skills.

The first lab is designed to reinforce your skills with networks. You will troubleshoot and fix a computer that does not connect to the network.

The second lab is designed to reinforce your communication and troubleshooting skills. In this lab, you will perform the following steps:

Step 1. Receive the work order.

Step 2. Talk the customer through various steps to try and resolve the problem.

Step 3. Document the problem and the resolution.

The third, fourth, and fifth labs are designed to test your troubleshooting skills with networking problems. You will troubleshoot and repair a router and computers that have more than one problem.
